Tips on using this service The MarketPro Certification Process List of Certified At-the-Show Vendors Tips On Using This Service In order to provide you the quickest and safest service on your system, here are a few tips prior to coming to the show. - Don't hesitate to contact any of the vendors prior to coming to the show. We have provided you complete contact information for each vendor. Although no appointments are necessary, the vendors may be able to provide you with suggestions for pre-testing and preparing your system prior to coming to the show.
- Please back up all vital files (data, graphics, programs etc.) prior to bringing your system to the show. The vendors are not responsible for any data or files lost during the upgrade and repair process.
- Bring all hardware devices, components, software and cabling for any device you wish to have our vendors assist you to install or that you are experiencing problems with. Note: you do not need to bring monitors, mouse and keyboard with your system.
- Please bring as much system specific information as you can. This information might include the original invoice with system specifications, the user manuals for the system and its components, all disks and CDs that were provided with the system and any components you have had installed. Please bring your operating system CDs with the installation key code provided by the manufacturer.
- Make sure that you bring with you any passwords necessary to sign on and access your system and the installed components.
- Although the physical characteristics of each show facility is different, in most cases you can pull up to the entrance and double park in order to drop off your system at the front desk while you find a permanent parking place. The MarketPro show staff will be happy to hold your system until you return.
The MarketPro Certification Process The vendors participating in this program have been selected because they have met certain criteria established by MarketPro as follows. - Must have a qualified technician available at the show.
- Must have the hardware and software tools at each show to diagnose systems.
- Must have cooperative agreements with the other vendors at the show so they can obtain additional parts and assistance in solving your problem.
- Must give upgrades and repairs a high priority at each show.
- Must use and provide only fully licensable software.
- Must be a longstanding MarketPro vendor with an impeccable customer service history and have demonstrated sound financial and business practices.
Although MarketPro who has on the basis of the above criteria certified that these vendors are willing to use their best efforts to provide you same day delivery or diagnosis at-the-show, your agreement for services is solely with the vendor and not with MarketPro. Each vendor has its specific policies, terms and conditions and pricing schedule. It is your responsibility to make sure you understand all of the terms and conditions that you are agreeing to with the vendor.
